Optanik, Keyring, Ticketing, and OptaMeet each run on their own. An account for any one of them is an account for all four. You do not have to turn the others on.

An admin account on every endpoint

Enroll a machine and Optanik adds an admin account, in the same role as Intune wlapsadmin, with admin rights. That password rotates every 14 days. Rotate it by hand, or schedule it for any time. Optanik stores the endpoint, including BitLocker and the credentials.

Keyring stays current, live

Those endpoints are added to Keyring and maintained in real time. Credentials, IP addresses, and BitLocker codes update on their own. Rotate an endpoint password from Keyring. Add as many people as you want with read-only access. $1.50 a person to edit, or to add their own entries.

The fleet can open the ticket

Automations and notifications on a monitored endpoint, such as drive space, open a ticket in Optanik Ticketing. On the first ticket, the person enters the device serial and that endpoint is linked to them. Later tickets by email attach to that device. More than one device, and the browser lists them and asks which one.

A meeting, from the ticket

Create an OptaMeet meeting on the ticket. The meeting is created in OptaMeet, and the details go to the person through the ticket. Reschedule or cancel from the ticket. After the meeting, OptAi can write the summary and add it to the ticket.

What Optanik is

File Management

Copy without opening a shell.

Browse, upload, download, and move files on enrolled endpoints from the browser. Open Branches for a size-colored disk treemap when you need to reclaim space. Windows uses the Optanik Network overlay; Linux and macOS use the command path first. Also available as a REST API and through MCP so an AI assistant can copy files without a desktop session.

Optanik Network

A group overlay, not another VPN client.

Per-group overlay with policy versioning. DNS and firewall / port-forward rules push to the group. Guest invites join only that network — they do not install the full agent or appear as a licensed endpoint. See who is on the latest policy, waiting, or failed to apply.

Device isolation applies to the Optanik Network only. It cuts that endpoint off from the other devices on the Optanik Network, and from the Optanik domain controller. The machine’s own network is not isolated. If a device on its own network becomes infected, isolating it on the Optanik Network can protect the remaining endpoints and the networks on the overlay.

Security

BitLocker keys stay in the vault.

Optanik Domain

When you need a company domain without standing up your own controllers, Optanik Domain runs on the private network with Optanik DNS and Domain Users. Enable the domain, create accounts, then join eligible Windows PCs from the workspace. Machines already on Microsoft Entra or your own Active Directory are left alone.

Ticketing

Optanik can open the ticket. Employees can too.

One queue in the workspace. Automations and notifications, such as drive space, open a ticket on their own. On the first ticket a person enters the device serial, and that endpoint is linked to them. Email after that attaches to the device. More than one device, and the browser lists them and asks which one. From the ticket you can start an OptaMeet meeting, reschedule it, cancel it, and have OptAi add the summary. If the device is assigned to that person, isolate it on the Optanik Network from the ticket and then investigate. Ticketing also runs with none of that turned on.

Authenticator on the record
