Keyring: the password vault. Endpoint logins, BitLocker keys, shared passwords, and 2FA codes. Read-only is free; Keymasters who create and edit entries are $1.50 each, owner included.
OptaMeet: video meetings with waiting rooms, breakout rooms, recordings, and OptAi transcripts, summaries, and tasks. Guests who join by link are free. $5 each for people who host, owner included.

Keyring is Optanik’s password vault: OS folders, one login per hostname, BitLocker, TOTP, share. Included in read-only for your endpoints. Become a Keymaster to create folders and entries — $1.50 / month per user, not the volume endpoint rate. The account owner is a Keymaster free with one paid endpoint.

Every licensed endpoint is the same Optanik object: the session, the device, the overlay network, the patch policy, and the automation — in one workspace.
- Remote ops Unattended desktop, VDI, application streams, URL sessions, join-session links, Ctrl-Alt-Del, PowerShell and SSH.
- Fleet control Live inventory, charts, groups, Group Policies, OS and third-party patching, software deploy, File Management.
- Network, domain & security Optanik Network overlays and device isolation on the Optanik Network, Optanik Domain with Optanik DNS and Domain Users, BitLocker recovery-key vault, Keyring in read-only for your endpoints, security posture, and compliance grades.
- After hours IF / THEN automations with duration holds, CHECK branches, cooldowns, and starter templates.
- Customer-ready Reports as PDF, CSV, or Excel. In-app, browser, email, and Telegram notifications.

Trial, billing, and lockouts
- Checkout Quantity changes run in the workspace under Settings → Billing. Stripe holds the card and invoices.
- Trialing Stripe can place a workspace in Trialing while a card is on file.
- Legacy Grandfathered paid workspaces without a Stripe subscription id stay usable until converted.
- Past due Unpaid subscriptions lock paid features until the invoice is settled or the workspace is moved back to Free within the one-endpoint cap.
- Guests Optanik Network invites (network-only, no agent) are not billed as endpoints and do not appear as licensed machines.

Is it really free?
Yes. One machine, twelve hours a day, no credit card. Sign up at app.optanik.com. Paid plans start when you add licensed endpoint slots.
Do endpoint technicians cost extra?
No. Optanik endpoint management is billed per licensed endpoint. Technicians who run that fleet are not billed. Invite Super Admins, Technicians, or custom roles without a per-user fee on the endpoints.
Is Keyring included?
Yes. Keyring is the workspace password vault: OS folders, one login per hostname (credentials, IPv4, Optanik IP, BitLocker), TOTP, and share. With Optanik it is read-only for your endpoints. To become a Keymaster and create folders and entries it is $1.50 / month per user — not the $1.50 volume rate for 10,000+ endpoints.
Which operating systems?
Native agents for Windows, Linux, and macOS from one Agent Install page — including a one-line install with an onboarding code.
Do I need a VPN client?
No. Optanik is a single cloud app at app.optanik.com. You do not babysit a VPN just to see the fleet. Guest network invites join only that group’s overlay.
Can a customer log in too?
Yes. Named workspaces with their own URL, users, branding, and devices. Invite technicians and customers without sharing a password.
Is there an API?
Yes. A workspace-scoped REST API for scripts and CI, and MCP so an AI in Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT can inspect or operate the fleet. Owners enable both in Settings.
